The Women’s Ministry at Mill Creek desires to encourage and equip ladies to be disciples and make disciples for God’s glory. We do this through Bible studies, 1:1 discipleship, and service opportunities that are Bible-saturated, gospel-centered, and prayerfully dependent. Please consider participating with women’s ministry through one of the following options.
If you are interested in being part of this new ministry, please contact our Women's Ministries Director, Michele Welch or 913-441-4444 x.114.
One-on-one discipleship is an opportunity to be encouraged by a spiritually mature woman. These discipleship meetings can be highly structured and include formal training and growth in the Scriptures (reading, memorizing, meditating), living gospel-centered, and prayer. Or, these discipleship relationships can be highly organic: providing an opportunity to share current struggles, ask for advice, confess areas of sin, and be listened to. The goal is to help form habits and attitudes that will result in intimacy with God that will transform your life and the lives of others. Please contact Cindy Nienaber (816-868-3426) if you are interested in learning more about 1:1 discipleship.
